Developed the creative concept and visual approach while managing project scope, budget, schedule, client communication, crew hiring, contracts, releases, and production logistics.

Built and managed the production team and oversaw craft, equipment, locations, scheduling, and day-of production. Worked hands-on during production across camera and AC responsibilities while maintaining overall creative and production oversight.

Led post-production from editorial through final delivery, including editing, client revisions, color, motion graphics, finishing, and versioning. Managed feedback and approvals throughout the process to maintain the creative vision while keeping production on schedule and within scope.
